Industrial bed bug heat treatment machine and air mover

Our equipment

Three types of heat machine — chosen to suit your property

No single machine solves every property. We choose the right combination — diesel, electric or handheld — and run a fully monitored treatment from start to finish.

Our diesel heat machines deliver the highest output but can't be used inside a property — ducting connects to the rig outside, so they're best suited to houses up to three storeys with room outside. For taller blocks and properties without external space, we use electric heaters which are ideal for flats and apartments. Where a full whole-property heat isn't required, we use handheld thermal and steam units to treat specific items. Call 0203 600 0980 for advice on what would suit your property.

High-powered diesel heat machines

Used outside the property with ducting routed in — ideal for houses up to three storeys where space allows. Reaches very hot kill-zone temperatures fast.

Specialist electric heating machines

Top temperature of 170°C. Perfect for blocks of flats, properties above three floors, and homes that can't accommodate a diesel rig outside.

AM4000 air mover fans

Industrial-grade circulation paired with our heaters so temperatures penetrate evenly into bed frames, soft furnishings and harbourages.

Handheld thermal heat & steam

Polti high-heat thermal steam machines and Cimix Eradicators deliver 180°C direct heat — ideal for treating individual items or finishing cold spots.

How our heat treatments work

Heat treatment is a closed system — our heaters recycle the air inside the building, passing it back through heating coils so each pass raises the temperature further. Thermal regulators hold the chosen kill-zone temperature steady while WiFi sensors track progress in every room.

When applied correctly our heaters deliver a 100% kill, every time. Bed bugs are highly resistant to modern insecticides, and heat is one of the most effective alternatives precisely because resistance is not possible — bed bugs simply cannot adapt to lethal temperatures.

Once the room is at temperature, we use handheld 180°C heat and steam units on the high-risk harbourages — skirting edges, headboard joints, behind sockets and cavity walls. Combined with sustained ambient heat, this is what eliminates eggs as well as adults and nymphs in a single visit.
